How to book
Please view the live online availability calendar to the right. Having decided on your dates, please complete our enquiry/booking form.
We will respond with our detailed booking form and answer any questions you may have. Once you are happy and the form is completed, transfer your deposit and the dates will be confirmed.
Rental Periods
The information below indicates the year split into 'rental periods'.
High season - £1450
Months: July and August
Mid season - £1000
Months: June and September
Low season - £800
Months: January to May and October to December
Important:
High season rental is available in two week blocks only.
Prices quoted are for the property, per week.
Full occupancy is 8 persons.
Linen is included in the rental price.
Cleaning is included in the rental price at change over, for more frequent cleaning please request it at booking.
Electricity is included in the high season rental price but is charged at £20 per week outside this time.
Payment and deposits
A deposit of 30% is required to confirm all bookings.
A security deposit of £250 is required with all bookings. This will be banked but returned when our representative has indicated the property is as required.
Full payment is due 8 week in advance of the dates required.
